There is no official spotting location as the law in Romania prohibit taking photos nearby airport.
That is mainly because of the proximity of a air force base.
However, members of Romanian Spotters community have reached an agreement with the airport authorities. This only applies to the spotters that have a badge issued by the airport. You can contact one of the admins of the Romanian Spotters [1] for details.
