There is only one place for a confortable spotting, that is in the commercial area of the airport (in the 3rd level). There you will find a Burguer King to eat something during the day.
A lot of people used to be there waiting for airplanes that have not arrived yet, but you may find some good places to be while you are taking the pics.
The sourronding are of the airport is not safely. There are a lot of little villages with "people that does not like people". Or this, or you will find tropical vegetation.
