Visitors Terrace
There is a visitors terrace situated on the third floor of the terminal which offers views of taxiing aircraft, the apron, and the runway 06/24.
According to the airport terminal plan, there is a restaurant on the second floor and a snack bar on the terrace.

On the other side of the airport is the hangar of Zeppelin. From this point starts the blimp for sightseeing fligts.

The Airport has its own Railway Station and is situated approx 100 metres (1 minute walk) from the Terminal Building.
AERO 2009 - International Trade Exhibition for General Aviation
The AERO is a exhibition for General Aviation in Friedrichshafen. This fair is taking place every two years and the next is from 02. April until 05. April 2009. The observer can see a lot of interesting aircraft and spectacular air shows.
