Official Spotting Locations
Medowie Road Car Park
This is the only offical spotting location at Williamtown. There is plenty of parking to accomodate 100+ cars a couple of chairs to sit on looking down Runway 30. This spot is great for visual landings on 30 or take of from 12. The sand dunes out to the east makes for a great back drop when spotting at this location. At sunset the runway lights make for a fantastic picture.
Other Spotting Locations
Fighter World has a viewing deck with live ATC feeds but there is an entry fee of $5. Fighter world is on Medowie Road and overlooks the 30 threshold.

Spotting from the terminal is great because it over looks the apron but you may be moved on by security.
