Inside the terminal there is a restaurant with a view through a dirty glass. It is a good place for taking pictures between mid October until February. The rest of the year is backlit.
The road to "El Yaque" passes just behind the threshold of runway 10. It is a good place for taking pictures. However, it is a very solitary place and very hot during the day.
