Official Spotting Locations
Visitor's Terrace
Visitors Terrace on the upper level of the Terminal.
Next to the Visitors Terrace is a small museum called "Bremenhalle" focussing on Bremen's contribution to aviation.
Other Spotting Locations
Tor 12
At "Tor 12" there is a path where you can see landings and takeoffs from 09. Also you have a good view of the terminal. NOTE: "Tor 12" is south of the 09 approach lights.
Ryanair Terminal
Next to Ryanair Terminal there is a gate from where you can see aircraft taxiing from and to runway 09. NOTE: If you stay a bit longer the staff might give you a strange look, so you're better off going away.
